Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 26, 2026. Crafta is a product of Ehomes Global Inclusive Limited.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Ehomes Global Inclusive Limited ("Ehomes", "we", "us", "our"), the company that owns and operates the Crafta platform ("Crafta", the "Platform", or the "Service"). By accessing or using Crafta — whether as an attendee, organizer, vendor, venue or guest — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are

Crafta is a multi-sided marketplace and event-operations platform built for the African events economy. The Platform is published by Ehomes Global Inclusive Limited, a company duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. References to "Crafta" in these Terms refer to the service operated by Ehomes Global Inclusive Limited.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Roles on the Platform

  • Attendees discover and purchase tickets, follow organizers and attend events.
  • Organizers publish events, sell tickets, manage check-in and disburse payouts.
  • Vendors list services (catering, photography, DJs, etc.), receive bookings and quotes.
  • Venues list spaces for rent and manage availability and bookings.

Crafta is the marketplace. We are not the organizer of third-party events, the supplier of third-party services, or the owner of third-party venues unless expressly stated.

4. Bookings, tickets & payments

Payments are processed through licensed third-party providers (including Flutterwave and other regulated processors). Funds for events and bookings may be held in escrow and released to organizers, vendors or venues per our payout schedule and dispute rules. Service fees, processing fees and applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout.

5. Refunds, transfers & disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the organizer's or vendor's policy, the event status, and applicable law. Tickets may be transferable subject to the organizer's settings. Disputes are first resolved between the parties; unresolved disputes may be escalated to Crafta for mediation under our Dispute Resolution Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or misleading content; impersonate others; scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform; abuse our AI features to generate harmful content; or use Crafta to launder funds, evade sanctions or violate any law.

7. AI features

Crafta offers AI-assisted tools (for descriptions, features, invitations, planning and more). AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or relying on it. Do not submit personal data of others without a lawful basis.

8. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Ehomes Global Inclusive Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving Crafta. The Crafta name, logos and Platform are owned by Ehomes Global Inclusive Limited.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, risk to users, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time, subject to any pending bookings, payouts or disputes.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ehomes Global Inclusive Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Lagos, Nigeria, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
