Last updated: May 26, 2026. Crafta is a product of Ehomes Global Inclusive Limited.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ehomes Global Inclusive Limited("Ehomes", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Crafta platform ("Crafta"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data. We are the data controller for personal data processed via Crafta, unless stated otherwise.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, password hash, profile photo, role.
  • KYC & verification: identity documents and verification results provided by third-party providers (e.g. IdentityPass) where required.
  • Listings & content: events, services, venues, descriptions, images and AI-generated drafts you create.
  • Transactions: bookings, tickets, quotes, payouts, payment metadata. Card details are handled directly by our payment processors and are not stored by us.
  • Usage data: device, IP, browser, pages viewed, interactions, error logs.
  • Communications: messages between users and with our support team.

2. How we use data

  • Operate, secure and improve Crafta and its features.
  • Match attendees, organizers, vendors and venues, and process bookings and payouts.
  • Power AI assistance (descriptions, features, invitations, planning) — your prompts and inputs are processed by us and our AI providers solely to return the requested output.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse and money laundering, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Send transactional messages and, with consent, marketing updates.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (e.g. marketing), and compliance with legal obligations, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable laws.

4. Sharing

We share data with: (a) other users as necessary to fulfil a booking (e.g. an organizer sees ticket-holder names); (b) service providers such as hosting, analytics, email, payments (Flutterwave and others), KYC, and AI inference; (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, anti-fraud), resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise rights, email privacy@crafta.africa. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls, secret management and regular audits. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to improve the Service. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

10. Children

Crafta is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
